1 serving = 3 oz. of cooked meat or fish crucial for muscle repair, especially after LONG and DIFFICULT runs beef

yogurt 6-11 servings a day
1 serving = 1 slice of bread or 1/2 c. cooked rice / pasta rice

1 serving = 1 cup raw or 1/2 cup cooked leafy greeens
