Gun Control at UCCS and Outside
Transcript of Gun Control at UCCS and Outside
How can this be resolve?
We can teach gun safety here at UCCS.
If gun control were taught to students in schools, it would not encourage gun use or gun ownership; however, it would give students knowledge, so if they choose to become gun owners in the future they will do so with safety in mind.
Gun control ha been around in schools and communities for decades.
Problem about Having guns on campus
The problem about this situation is that No one should be allowed to carry concealed weapons on campus and out in the community.
UCCS gun control laws are the same laws as the states.
UCCS has tried to change the laws made but the ruling was overturned by the Colorado Supreme Court.
It was said by that the University may not limit concealed weapons on campus.
Guns are a danger to every one of us. If anyone is to carry a weapon, it should be carried properly.
We need to evaluate more on the situation about why we have the same laws on campus and the state.
