Base Salary:
$40,000 - $75,000
Experience selling to engineers and OEMs
Experience selling motors, gearboxes or VFDs
Open to looking at someone from an inside or outside sales background
Salespeople from motor repair shops or system integrators would be good
Someone who is a strategic planner
Freedom and flexibility in the territory
Good opportunity in this market

Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
