Have a Positive Outlook Speed Walking Running Biking Swimming Weightlifting Body Weight Exercises Push Ups Sit Ups Is the ability of your body's joints to move through a full range of motion. Is the ratio of body fat to lean body tissue (bone, muscle, and fluid). Yoga Dynamic Warm Ups Use them before activity Static Stretching Use After Activity More Flexibility = better Sit and reach score Control your Body Compistion...Get off the couch! Eat Healthy Get Active
