The Punishment - 14 years Imprisonment
It is an offense to excise, infibulate or mutilate the whole or any part of the labia majora or clitoris of another person or to aid, or abet, counsel or procure the performance by another person’s own body.

It is also illegal to take a child out of the uk for that purpose or to arrange it.
