Goal Setting & Accountability:
the SMART way how will i know when i've achieved my goals? What ARE my goals? Specific? Love = quality time.
Spend more time with Khaki Belle Be a better mom to Khaki; love her more. What's the S.M.A.R.T. way to set this goal? S = Specific
M = Measureable
A = Attainable
R = Realistic
T = Timely Measureable? More than 3 minutes a day Maybe 20 minutes a day? Attainable? Do I have 20 extra minutes?

Well, Sometimes she sleeps till after I leave for work, and don't return until 10 or 11. No, I can do 20minutes 5 times a week
there are 3 days I don't drive to Athens,
and 2 more days I don't drive in until evening. Realistic? uh, no.
too many extra meetings and travel
maybe just 3 days a week. Timely? yes, I can immediately begin working
toward this goal.

And yes, there is no better time to start.
1. she's not going to live much longer
2. later in life i will want real kids if it's measureable,
look for consistent
measurements in which
you reach it. set up a calendar in
which i aim for 3 checks
a week.

Each day i spend 20 min,
with Khaki, I get a check.

After a month with
3 or more checks in each row,
I know I will have accomplished
my goal What's your summa bonum? Write down the one thing for which you want to remembered:
your legacy. Write down one thing you want to start doing. Write one thing you want to stop what are your 3 goals
for this class? copy these 3 answers with your contact info and pass to your right For the remainder of the quarter, check up on this person 2x a week and log their process Write your Name on the top Center of your Paper Pass this to the right. you received a paper on your left.....write one nice thing about this person on their paper. pass it to your right, write, & repeat pass 4 times, stop before returning to owner read their paper out loud in turns.
