Rock Climbing Skeletal System Rock climbing is good for the skeletal
system because such as other sports, it
keeps you active and your joints moving.
I also excercises your muscles as you have
to pull yourself up.
ROCKCLIMB to have BIG MUSCLES! Circulatory System Rock Climbing is good for the circulatory system because it makes you breath alot, which makes you take in alot of oxygen. Respiratory system Excretory System As rock climbing is a exausting
sport to do, you are forced to drink
alot of water, this will keep your
body hydrated and you will need to
pee. Rock climbing is good for your Circulatory
System because the ocygen picked up by the
red blood cells are carried to your muscles,
which will improve stamina and strenght.
