Sunglasses should block 100% of UV rays and absorb most HEV. Long term exposure to UV radiation can lead to cataracts, skin cancer around the eyelids, and other eye disorder
Whats UV rays
These are ultraviolet radiation, its is simply one form of energy coming from the sun. They also damage your skin cells.And can result in skin cancer if your skin is exposed to the sun a lot.
