Account Manager send All needed data & available supported documents to
Design Dept ( Qualified Projects).
Design department will make a technical design based on the given data from sales by preparing BOQ & attache other supported Docs & send it to AM - Sales.

Collecting the down Payment.

Check the availability of Modules - As mentioned in Scenario No.1.
Step No. 4
Be the linking point between the customer & installation Team during the installation time frame.
