Sometimes it can be cold in the Western region, and sometimes it can be very hot. In summer it can get very humid and hot. In the winter it can get very cold and it snows a little bit. It rains more than it snows though.

There are tons of different animals in the Western region. Some of them are pigs, cows, goats, mice, turtles, mountain lion, frogs ect That is just to name a couple. Some of those animals you might not see in other places.
We are going to tell you about the landforms in the Western region. There are five landforms which there are canyons, mountains, and valleys. Also there are plains and plateaus. Those are the landforms of the Western region.
There are a lot of things to do in the Western region. In the winter you can ski, snowboard, and you can sled. In other seasons you can fish, gamble, bird watch, and whale watch. Those are fun things to do in the Western region.
There are many natural resources in the Western Region. There are farmlands which farmers work and plant crops. Trees are important because they make paper and they have oxygen, that helps you breath. Gas helps people get places faster by putting it in your car. Those are the most important natural resources.
We are going to tell you about the important facts of the Western region. It has a lot of things to do. The states are Washington, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and Montana.
