Base Salary:
Junior: $60,000 - $80,000
Senior: $120,000-150,000
Experience selling hydraulic products is required; experience selling cylinders is preferred
Strong leadership ability, either with experience or potential to grow into that role
Ability to sell through a distribution network
Someone with experience managing direct reports is ideal, can have someone that will grow into the position
Ability to manage marketing efforts
Ability to travel 50% overnight
This company manufactures high quality products that have features that can be used to differentiate in the market place
Large overall company with great resources yet working in this division feels like working for a smaller company that can react quickly
Company is experiencing tremendous growth in recent years and has strong plans in place to continue this growth
