J S - I have known Steve since 1987. I have bought 3 houses with Steve's help since 2005. Our most recent purchase (Aug 2012) was a great experience. We previously bought a house that was For Sale By Owner. We were pretty nervous about the process, but Steve handled the entire transaction with a professionalism beyond my expectations. At many steps along the process, people we interacted with would tell us how pleasant it was to work with Steve.

And while the purchase negotiations were taking place, Steve was simultaneously handling the sale of the house we were living in. And again at every step of the way, he was making sure our interests were being met during the contract process (inspection, appraisal, etc.).
