Trochlear Nerve This nerve helps move your eyes. testing: watching butterflies(: 5. Trigeminal Nerve This nerve is used for chewing, biting, and swallowing. testing: biting a apple. 6. Abducens Nerve This nerve controls a single muscle in the eye. 7. Facial Nerve 8. Glossopharyngeal Nerve 9. Accessory Nerve 10. Vagus Nerve 11. Hypoglossal Nerve 12. Vestibulocochlear Nerve used for hearing and balance. testing: listen to music(: control the tongue used in the throat, esophagus, and thorax testing: swallowing. used in the spinal cord.
