In the Beginning...
We knew we had a cutting edge product in RediBeets but could we take the recent research on red beet juice and dietary nitrates and create the next trend setting product for optimal nutrition?
Winded? No Longer!
AIM is the trend setter for optimal nutirition. We started with barley grass juice powder 33 years ago and we set another trend 21 years ago when we launched RediBeets.
Therapeutic amounts of nitrate from beets range from 300 mg to 500 mg daily.

Red Rush provides 500 mg of nitrate from high quality beet juice in a single serving for maximum benefit.

These nitrates are covered to nitric oxide in our bodies.

, and
the body needs an infusion of nitric oxide through wholefood, natural sources. Nitric oxide makes a significant impact on blood flow and oxygenation, two keys to improving athletic and physical performance.
In a double-blind, randomized, crossover study:
Nine recreationally active male subjects supplemented their diet with:

Nitrate-rich concentrated beetroot juice (BR; 2 × 250 mL·d, ∼8.2 mmol·d nitrate)
Nitrate-depleted BR placebo (PL; 2 × 250 mL·d, ∼0.006 mmol·d nitrate)

The subjects completed four separate severe-intensity exercise bouts to exhaustion.

Nitrate supplementation improved exercise tolerance during exercise:
60% Δ (BR, 696 ± 120 vs PL, 593 ± 68 s; P < 0.05)
70% Δ (BR, 452 ± 106 vs PL, 390 ± 86 s; P < 0.05)
80% Δ (BR, 294 ± 50 vs PL, 263 ± 50 s; P < 0.05)

Dietary nitrate supplementation improved endurance during severe-intensity exercise in recreationally active males.

Each bottle of RED RUSH contains 500 mg of dietary nitrates from red beets which is the equivalent to 5 whole red beets.
Nitrates are absorbed by the stomach and small intestine and concentrated.
Nitrates are pumped back to our mouth through our salivary glands. In our mouths are bacteria on our tongue that convert nitrates to nitrites which are then re-swallowed.
Nitrites are then broken down in acid environment of the stomach and converted to nitric oxide.
Nitric oxide is then diffused into arterial circulation where by nitric oxide primes the pump to increase ATP, increase vasodilation and also replace oxygen in the cell.
RED RUSH reduces the bodies need for oxygen during endurance activities or exercise.
Who can benefit from beet juice?

Just about anyone from amateur to elite athletes, as well as sedentary people, can benefit from beet juice. As we age, our bodies become less efficient at producing nitric oxide. By the time you’re 40, studies show you’re only making about half or less of what you made when you were 20.

Does Red Rush taste like beets?

No, Red Rush tastes like sweet, dark cherry juice with a hint of alkalizing lemon juice.

Will I feel an immediate energy boost after consuming Red Rush?

No, Red Rush is not a stimulant or a caffeine energy shot. Red Rush improves performance naturally over extended periods of time.

Can I drink more than one shot per day?

For extreme training and events, two shots can be consumed daily. No additional benefit can be gained by taking more.

Will Red Rush turn my urine pink?

Yes, this effect of consuming beets is called beeturia. Beeturia is the passing of red- or pink-colored urine from consuming beets.

Stand by for Launch...
Effects of nitrate on the power-duration relationship for severe-intensity exercise.
RediBeets is simply red beet juice powder
Red beets contain a high concentration of dietary nitrates which can be very beneficial to athletes. The development of Red Rush started with the training by J.R. Celski and his intake of RediBeets.
I'm not an athlete! Why should I take Red Rush?
Inorganic Nitrate Supplementation Lowers Blood Pressure in Humans
The study, found that blood pressure was lowered within 24 hours in people who drank beetroot juice.

Subjects were given inorganic nitrate capsules or beetroot juice and they compared their blood pressure responses and the biochemical changes.

Beetroot juice and nitrate capsules are equally effective in lowering blood pressure indicating that it is the nitrate content of beetroot juice that underlies its potential to reduce blood pressure.

Can I just take RediBeets instead of taking Red Rush?

But how do you know if it works?
