60% Δ (BR, 696 ± 120 vs PL, 593 ± 68 s; P < 0.05)
70% Δ (BR, 452 ± 106 vs PL, 390 ± 86 s; P < 0.05)
80% Δ (BR, 294 ± 50 vs PL, 263 ± 50 s; P < 0.05)

Dietary nitrate supplementation improved endurance during severe-intensity exercise in recreationally active males.

Drink RED RUSH
Each bottle of RED RUSH contains 500 mg of dietary nitrates from red beets which is the equivalent to 5 whole red beets.
Nitrates are absorbed by the stomach and small intestine and concentrated.
Nitrates are pumped back to our mouth through our salivary glands. In our mouths are bacteria on our tongue that convert nitrates to nitrites which are then re-swallowed.
Nitrites are then broken down in acid environment of the stomach and converted to nitric oxide.
Nitric oxide is then diffused into arterial circulation where by nitric oxide primes the pump to increase ATP, increase vasodilation and also replace oxygen in the cell.
RED RUSH reduces the bodies need for oxygen during endurance activities or exercise.
Who can benefit from beet juice?

The study, found that blood pressure was lowered within 24 hours in people who drank beetroot juice.

Subjects were given inorganic nitrate capsules or beetroot juice and they compared their blood pressure responses and the biochemical changes.
