Home Prices have dropped 53% since January of 2008 Subprime Mortgage Meltdown in 2006 Number of Foreclosed Properties has doubled since January of 2008 79% of Merced County Residents can afford a home today 11% of Merced County Residents could afford a home in 2005 85% of Homeowners with mortgages are underwater You had to make $70,000 a year to afford a median price home in 2005. Now you only have to make $33,000 Thus, another wave of Short Sales I need to meet with everyone that doesn't own a home. First Time Homebuyer Incentive Prices will go up! Loans Programs:
