Nation Center for Disease Prevention and Control (DOH-NCDC) reported that there were 60 new monthly cases from January to November 2009. But in December 2009 number of new HIV cases doubled to 126 and in January 2010 it increased to 143 cases. And now number of cases are still rapidly increasing.
