Transcript of Product Recall
The products that were recalled were frozen vegetables and frozen fruits.
"Why is this happening"
CRF was recalled because public health officials in several states investigated a multistate outbreak of Listeria monocytogene infections. The outbreak was expanding through each.
"Tell me who's affected"
As a result of the outbreak, many units were affected. Approximately 358 consumer products sold under 42 separate brands were recalled across the fifty states.
"Is there a remedy for me"
Sadly, there isn't a remedy for the outbreak. The company suggests that to throw the recalled products away in a closed plastic bag placed in a sealed trashcan. This will prevent people and animals from eating it. Wash the refrigerator or freezer area and any other areas where the recalled products were stored with hot water and soap. Wash your hands with warm water and soap after cleaning up.
"Who are these people"

"Can I sue?"
There are currently lawsuits being drawn up and right now they are not finished with the cases.
"Well what you think, Tonto?"
I believe the company could've prevented this outbreak by checking if all packages were closed and distributed properly. I also believe they shoujld've made sure that there wasn't any rips and tears in the packages.
