Doctor who is a British science fiction tv show. Doctor Who tells the tales of the Doctor's travels in his little blue box ( that's not as small on the inside). His blue box is called TARDIS, which stands for Time. And. Relative. Dimentions. In. Space., and is a time machine. Back to our main character, the Doctor is an alien called a Timelord, who comes from the planet Gallifrey. After Stealing his Tardis, the doctor ran off from his home to help as many alien species as he can. But who is the doctor? Well your about to find out!
Doctor Who is the longest running TV show on the planet, as it just hit its 50th Anniversary on November 23 of last year. As you would have guessed, the first episode, An Unearthly Child, aired in the same date in 1963. the episode was unfortunately interrupted when our President at the time, John F. Kennedy, was assassinated at time it aired. it was unable to re-air due to a directors decision. the show was able to continue onto episode 2, and continued until 1989, where an unknown reason, the show was delayed for 7 years. the show was then cancelled after 1996's Doctor Who Movie. Jumping to 2005, the show was revived and still continues till this day.
