Jessica ennis
Jessica Ennis is a Sport Star. Her main events are the Heptathlon and Penthalon
A Penthathlon is an event which consists of 5 events which are Long Jump, 200 metres, Javelin Throw, Discus Throw and 1500 metres.
Jessica Ennis is just 26 and was born on the 28th January in 1986, Sheffield.
A heptathlon is a track and field athletics combined events contest made up of seven events. The name derives from the Greek hepta (seven) and athlon (contest). A competitor in a heptathlon is referred to as a heptathlete.

long jump
javelin throw

Jessica's youth career has been very successful coming 1st 3 times for the heptathlon indoor
famously in 2008 for the world championships she reached 4th in the heptathlon however went one better in 2009 to then become 1st at the 2009
however at the 2008 olympics a fracture in the right foot nearly ended her carear and could no longer carry on
Daily Training
Jessica is now practicing for the 2012 london olympics and practising to the limit with a considerate amount of training each day
Jessica recently received an MBE from the queen due to her part to society and representing england on so many levels
Jessics is an amazing athlete recieveing awards and most of them being made of solid
hopefully she will carry on representing team GB and just as any athlete does her best and always pushes her self to the limit but not for gold silver or bronze but to represent her country and make sure all her very hard work finally paid of.
