Base Salary:
$60,000 - $85,000
Experience in an outside sales role with a strong track record of growing sales
Needs to be an aggressive hunter with a strong desire for to grow sales as well as someone who can take care of existing business
Experience selling any mechanically engineered product can work; preferably power transmission or fluid power products
Must be very strong technically with a solution sales mentality
Ability to travel 25% overnight
The person in this role will have the ability to have a huge to impact on a smaller organization
The culture at this company is different; it's fun and supportive
This person will be covering 2 of the largest OEMs
Everyone at the organization has direct access to management members with little bureaucracy
Management has worked in the same role and can better support the sales effort.
