Conclusion
Group (c) : 421- 430
Gastric compliance in the fasting period and in the postmeal period after administration of the intraduodenal lipid infusion
Tegaserod significantly increased postmeal gastric compliance in patients with (FD), *P = 0.04 vs. placebo. (HVS) showed increased gastric compliance in the postmeal period after pre-treatment with placebo, **P = 0.03 vs. tegaserod, FD.
During the 30-min period after starting the intraduodenal lipid infusion, median bag volumes in healthy volunteers were higher for tegaserod 6 mg b.d. when compared to placebo (P < 0.05)
3-Cholestyramin
Gastrointestinal syndrome .
