Adverb Clauses
They are used to combine two ideas into one sentence. They can be used in the first or second part of the sentence.
They provide variety for the sentence and smooth transitions from one idea to another in your paragraphs
The following adverbials used to introduce adverb clauses will be particularly helpful in comparison and contrast essays:
Just as
Just as Eva is struggling to be accepted in Canada, Elizabeth is struggling to be accepted in the United States.
