Monitor events and alerts, perform risk assessment During Crisis Monitor events and analyze information
Support and follow up affected country office in human and material resources mobilization.
Coordinate operations and logistics with the affected country and technical areas
Work as the operations platform of the entire organization * EOC manager Emergency coordination with technical areas and chief of operations in affected country
Facilitate EOC and Taskforce meetings and teleconferences
Provide report to the Area Manager
Daily tracking, communication and information sharing with staff deployed to the field in emergency operations
Facilitate workshops and trainings in headquarters and countries about the Incident Management Mechanism
Works as Incident Manager in emergencies level 1 and 2 Incident Management Determining the optimal use of resources;
Analyzing conflicting technical information and/or reports;
Providing direction on what activities should be implemented by the Country Office, technical and administrative Areas, and centers, taking into consideration PAHO Cross cutting priorities (such as gender, cultural diversity, and human rights issues) and administrative rules and procedures;
Ensuring that information is shared at all levels of the Organization. Information Management Inbox management
