1. Blue pawns are "x."

2. Green cubes are positive numbers.

3. To complete a "legal move,"
use both hands.
x = 5
2x = 8
3x = x + 6
Draw the picture.
The object of the game is to have all the pawns on one side and everything else on the other side.
4x + 5 = 2x + 13
4x + 3 + x = 2x + 18
4x + 3 = x + 15
Solve each equation and draw each step.
