These relationships are highly important for retention rates
There is a high number of resignation happening in RLDS
RQ1: How do University of Wyoming students who live in the residence halls interact with their Resident Assistants?

RQ2: How well do Resident Assistants meet their required standards stated in their manual from the students’ perspectives?
