to determine the satisfaction level of the employees at work.

What is Job Satisfaction?
Pinoy job satisfaction is how he perceives the relative favorable or unfavorable condition with which he views his work in the organization.
Spill over effect
is the condition that whatever occurs in work place has
its effect on his social and personal life and vice versa.
is the state of one’s social, mental and emotional stability
which the organization has to develop among its employees.
is the condition where PINOY adjusts his needs
and wants to what is the prevailing condition at work or in his family life.
Organizational productivity & job satisfaction
The aim of any organization is productivity of its human resources.
PINOY has high productivity but has low job satisfaction.
PINOY may have high job satisfaction
but may have low productivity.
Pinoy looks for a new employer that will give him the necessary satisfaction at work.
2. Absences from work
Pinoy finds his/her work boring and too taxing may always file absence from work.
3. Employees’ Age
Pinoy tends to say in the job no matter what job opportunities come.
4. Nature of the Work
Pinoy who holds a managerial position would likely have a higher job satisfaction than the other individual who is on the production line and is exposed to the elements of heat and dust.
5. Community Setting
Pinoy who lives in the rural area where working condition is moderately satisfactory would have a higher job satisfaction; Pinoy who lives in the city has higher cost of living and he has to budget his income to meet his daily needs.

should always look at the employees working tone.
