This includes the rules and regulations that the System users should abide by.
The users should avoid illegal rules and protocols.
Neither admin nor member should cross the rules and regulations.
The important
features
of business constraints are:

To securely modify / delete a record in database whenever needed.
To efficiently search a donor and blood bank for required blood group.
To securely share / access database of other blood bank systems online.
To support strong backup functionalities.
To provide friendly and easy to use GUI.
Donor and blood bank should be registered ton our websites.
Details of donors and requesters will be hidden in the search (except name, email id, location).
Messages will be send to donors on behalf of requesters.
Email will be validated on registration.
It will be necessary for requester to enter their contact information while placing the request.
Donors will be provided check box to confirm that whether they want sms alerts or not.

Online blood donor association (OBDA)
is the web based system which will allows you to access the information about online blood donation.
The main
purpose
of making this system is to provide users an ease of finding blood donors and blood bank details online.
The
OBDA
is a browser based system that is designed to store, process, retrieve and analyze information.

Our
Develop system
is based on following objectives:

To debug the existing system, remove procedures those cause data redundancy, make navigational sequence proper.
The online web based blood donor system is easy in finding the nearest donor details and blood bank details.
An API is used to send SMS on behalf of requester to the donor, in case of shortage of blood in blood bank.

In search, blood banks will be selected on the basis of selected city and blood group.
Syncing the application data with google maps to locate blood bank places.
Creating the database of donors with location, blood group and contact information etc.

User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls.
The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.
There is no risk of data mismanagement at any level while the project development is under process.
It provides high level of security with different level of authentication.
