There is lots of snow and ice. Not many things live here as there is little food and it is too cold! Desert The desert is the hottest environment. There is no water and it is very dry. There is also very little food, so not many things live here. There is lots of sand! Jungle The jungle is an amazing environment there is lots of water and food. Lots and lots of animals and plants live here. It is hot and rainy in jungles. City Cities are the environments where most people live. There are lots of buildings in cities, but not many plants or trees. Town A town is a small city Countryside The country side is where a lot of plants, trees and animals live. There not many people or buildings. Farmers live in the countryside. We can call an environment URBAN or RURAL Urban Urban environments have lots of people and buildings. What environments do you think are urban? Rural Rural environments dont have many people or bulidings. Which environments do you think are rural? There are lots of different
environments can you think of any? Lets take a look at some!
