Jack the Ripper WHO is JACK the RIPPER Jack the Ripper is the world’s most famous serial killer, at Whitechapel in the late eighteenth century. The name originated in a letter by someone claiming to be the murderer. WHO did THE ripper KILL? The ripper attacked horrifically a large number of murders against women in Whitechapel. The media investigated eleven separate murders, stretching from 3 April 1888 to 13 February 1891 LONDON in THE eighteenth CENTURY In the late eighteenth century was full of crime due to Jack the Ripper. During the eighteenth century, women’s lives were hard as men made their life living hell London Dungeon takes you back to the darkest moments in the capital’s history within. It includes live actors, shows, rides and special effects ensure that you face your fears head on in this unique experience. Everything that is showed is based on real historical events from Jack the Ripper. London Dungeons THE letters Over the course of the Ripper murders, the police and newspapers received many hundreds of letters regarding the case. Some were well-intentioned offers of advice for catching the killer but the vast majority were useless. Strengths and weaknesses of my project Overall, my strengths were finding information on my project as it was fairly acceptable as there was a wide range of information, such as the life of Jack the Ripper and why he killed and who however, my weakness were getting more primary research as I could of went to museums linking to my project for example, London dungeons. I learnt how criminal’s minds work and how they originated, also how life was in the 18th century and how women were treated as well. What I learnt
