Following the critical success of the first ever sound featured cartoon, which is Mickey's Steamboat Willie and also The follow-up Silly Symphonies, the Walt Disney Company produced the Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, which then become the highest-grossing film in 1939. They kept on producing great films, including Bambi, Robin Hood, Tinkerbell, Tarzan, The Princess Franchise The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin,The Lion King, and now, Pixar films, Marvel films also is part of this great company.

The Walt Disney Company is an American diversified multinational mass media corporation. it is the largest media conglomerate in the world in terms of revenue, best known for the products of its film studio, the Walt Disney Studios, and today one of the largest and best-known studios in Hollywood.
The Walt Disney Company and had an annual revenue of approximately US$36 billion in the 2010 financial year.
The Silent Era
Walt Disney's first animated cartoon creation is Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (1927). It was a big success. But a year after that, Charles Mintz, the one who had copyright of Oswald, cheated on Walt, by extorting him; if Disney wouldn't reduce his fee per short, Mintz will take Oswald & his studio. Walt declined.

Walter Elias "Walt" Disney, an animator and entrepreneur, which co-founded The Walt Disney Company on October 16, 1923, with his brother, Roy O. Disney.
Walt was born in December 5, 1901, Chicago. and died December 15, 1966, at the age of 65.
in 1928, to recover from the loss of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Disney came up with idea of a mouse character named Mortimer while on a train headed to California. The mouse was later renamed Mickey Mouse and starred in several Disney produced films.

It is the Company's intent, through its compliance training, to ensure that all of its employees and Cast Members have the knowledge and training to act ethically and legally, in compliance with the Company's Standards of Business Conduct.
The foundation of their leaders is "communication". The leader must encourage the creativity of his/her employees and create an environment in which it is safe and comfortable for them to share ideas.

Creativity is the most important essence of every project that Disney company have, managers always create an idea-friendly environment, so that their employees could give their ideas easier, and therefore could plan better plans.
