Transcript of Michael and Tamara

Although everyone's response to this situation will be different, Michael and Tamara need to take responsibility for their action and the consequences of that action. Their action of having sex resulted in an unplanned pregnancy. Since Michael and Tamara were already planning to get married and eventually have a family, they should continue with their plans and keep their baby. Michael and Tamara also need to tell their parents and give their parents a chance to respond and not just assume the worst about their parents. They do not have the finances for caring for a child and on top of that they are both still in school. Michael and Tamara also feel like they won't have their parents support if they decided to keep the baby. They talk to their regular doctor who recommends they continue carefully. The doctor also refers Michael and Tamara to a specialist and suggests talking with the specialist before they continue. but wait there is more to this soap opera that happens more than you would think! Emotional Besides talking with a specialist, Michael and Tamara need to communicate to each other their thoughts on what their next step should be. They also need to be informed about the effects an abortion will have on Tamara, physically and emotionally, and on them as a couple. Michael and Tamara could also ask their friends for their opinions and ideas. Michael and Tamara should tell their parents whats going on and give them the opportunity to help out. Michael and Tamara have several options besides aborting the baby. They could put it up for adoption or ask their parents to help raise the child until they graduate from college. Tamara and Michael have been dating for five years and decided to become engaged. They are planning to have the wedding the following summer. However, Michael's parents and Tamara's mother disapprove of them getting married. Pressure from their parents to end the engagement creates tension to grow between Michael and Tamara until a fight breaks out between them. They make up soon after and have sex. Tamara is on birth control, but they don't use any other protection. Michael and Tamara decide to stay engaged despite what their parents say. Four days after that, Tamara makes the discovery that she is pregnant. However, before Michael and Tamara can go speak to the specialist, Tamara's best friend Jennifer tries to talk Tamara out of the abortion, saying it would be like killing a human being. When Michael enters the conversation, he disagrees with Jennifer which results in an argument. As if Tamara's life wasn't hectic enough, she is faced with another conundrum. Tamara has been offered the position of Doctor's Assistant, which would mean more pay, but a lot more hours, which would mean less time at school. She is not sure if taking the position would be the best thing for her right now. Michael and her mother are both pressing her to take it, but her friend Jennifer is telling her not to because of the stress involved. What to do??? Happily ever after? So they keep the baby.

Tamara Michael Tamara has the baby but one day Michael wakes up and finds her gone with a note by the babies crib saying this was not my life, I'm sorry. Michael starred at their new born child and considered running away to but once he saw his babies eyes he knew he'd found his life's purpose. So Michael raised him and went to school. His parents helped every now and then. Now Michael lives happier than ever. He found whats worth fighting for and living for. The best thing for Tamara at this point in her life is to wait to take the position. Tamara should ask the doctor she works for if she can take the position later on, either after she has an abortion, or after she has the baby. Adding the stress from the position of Doctor's Assistant to the stress of school and her pregnancy would not be the best thing for Tamara either emotionally or physically. What would you do? Neither choice is wrong or right. They both come with joys and complications. And in the end your choice is all that matters. Circumstantial
