We're increasing
health services
Hospice at home
Thanks to Morrisons funding we've launched new Hospice at Home services at Leckhampton Court Hospice as well as services at, St John’s and Thorpe Hall Hospices too.
5Rs Programme
We're running two successful 5Rs programmes at Dee View Court and The Chantry Neurological Care Centres. The 10 week course is aimed at people living with the effects of stroke as well as Multiple Sclerosis

New Thorpe Hall
Back in September HRH The Duchess of Gloucester officially opened our new Thorpe Hall Hospice. Over £4.7m was raised over the course of the capital appeal

Online Community
We launched our Online Community and Support in June, with funding from our Morrisons Partnership. Over 350 posts have been received so far, really demonstrating the need for this service.

Partnership with Retail
We've opened a new shop in Doncaster offering dedicated space for delivering healthcare services. This includes a community cafe, daily activities and a drop in
service for service users and
carers.
Developing supported living
We're moving ahead with plans to expand our supported living services in Suffolk. We're working with Saffron Housing to develop plans for a 12 bed supported housing unit.
Planning for the future
We've developed plans for expanded capacity at Dee View Court and submitted planning applications for Cuerden Hall and Stagenhoe.

Morrisons Partnership
Since the start of our Morrisons partnership in 2014 we've raised over £4m. It's directly funding support teams, Community Healthcare Services and our Online Community and Support.

We've launched our National Sue Ryder Lottery, offering a greater number of prizes and increasing the number of people who can support us. www.sueryder.org/lottery
Retail take £1m
Back in October, our retail team collectively took £1m in sales; their best ever week. We're continuing to work towards increasing our Retail income year on year.

The Incredible Colleagues Awards in October celebrated our colleagues and volunteers who go above and beyond in everything they do; living and breathing our values.

IT capability

Improving feedback
We've introduced real-time reporting feedback in our hospices and care centres. We now collect feedback from people using our services, acting on their concerns quickly and ensuring we continue to provide them with incredible care.
Connecting shops
We upgrading the IT infrastructure in our shops. This will give Retail colleagues better access to some of our systems and also improve how we communicate with each other.
