How to Enter a Customer Request
This presentation will show you step by step how to enter a customer request.
To start, launch AiM: http://aimapp.scu.edu:8080/fmax/login
Type Your Username and password and click login to sign into AiM. If you don't have a username or can't sign in, email Facilities-CSC@scu.edu
You have no successfully entered a customer request. You will receive an email when it has been approved and again when the work order has been completed.
Enter additional information in description field
Finishing the customer request
Once you are logged in, click on the customer service module
To create a new customer request, click the new record button

Begin by selecting a problem code
Creating a new Record
Press the save button when you are done
