In Hawaii, it is illegal to put a coin in someone's ear.
If you are caught with a coin in your ear, police will suspect you have drugs for sale.
This law was established in 1847 by King Kamehaheha, Coins of the Hawaiian Dollar.
Billboards are outlawed. Billboards are limited to advertisements, a meeting of series, or help wanted signs. They are not limited to sports events, conventions, concerts, fair, or religious services. This law was created on October 22, 1965. people were taking advantages of billboards by putting random stuff up to get more atention.
All residents may be fined as a result of not owning a boat. Before operating a motorized boat, you must have an education on it. There is a special class for it. To meet the Hawaii boating requirements, all PWC operators must be at least 15 years of age or older, must have completed an online course and an additional approved boater safety course from an accredited institution of higher learning, and carry their boating license on board.
