Nowadays, primary attention is being given to feeding the hungry families specially children quite anything that can be called food, without any consideration to nutrition anymore. To combat these forms of malnutrition, a balanced diet that includes plenty of vegetables must be given to children especially in their growing-up years. Many nutritious and affordable vegetables can be prepared within the limits of one’s budget. It is not that there is inequality of resources but in reality, there are abundant resources that are inefficiently being used.
