**Eat the best, leave the rest..!** Introduction! Food Changes your mood! Eating a Balanced Diet what is healthy eating? Eating Carbohydrates:
Makes you feel hyper and emotional
They have high calories
Very addictive

Eating sugary and fatty foods:
bad for your body
Makes you feel dull, hungry and tired

Eating fruits and vegetables
Makes you feel full and relaxed!
#so now you know fruits are real nice be sure to have a slice :) ... A healthy and balanced diet contains a variety of different types of foods. Eating a healthy diet reduces the risk of diseases such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and obesity.
A balanced diet includes the correct amount of nutrients and calories to help you maintain a healthy weight. Healthy Eating! Healthy eating means choosing the appropriate amounts of food from all the five food groups to maintain your health, feel good and have energy.
If you want to be physically active as well as maintaining a healthy weight, eating healthy is the best way for you to strong AND healthy!! Junk food Did you know?? Fruit and veggies are low in fat but high in fibre
They are also full of nutrients and vitamins
