Hinduism's basic beliefs and rituals

  • Both are patriarchal
  • Some meat was never eaten in both religions
  • Specific dress codes to follow
  • No specificly known origin
  • coming of age rituals
  • All beliefs are based on the Torah
  • Abraham and the unconditional covenant
  • Jews have a certain diet they follow
  • Jews also have a dress code
  • Main gods are Vishnu- the preserver and Shiva- the destroyer.
