Roles Detective You have always been interested in ghosts. You have heard about the Headless Horseman but never thought he would chase you out of town. You are in the neighboring town called Sunrise Valley. The police have contacted a detective to look for you and solve the mystery of the Headless Horseman. He needs your help in solving the case. A trial will be held in two days and he needs you to tell your side of the story to the judge.

Ichabod Crane Brom Bones
The town of Sleepy Hollow is so happy that you are going to help solve the mystery of the Headless Horseman.

In teams of four you will continue the story of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. In each group there will be Ichabod Crane, Brom Bones, a detective and a judge. Together you will write a script and then present it by acting it out.

Task You have been contacted by the Sleepy Hollow Police Department. They found Ichabod Crane's horse and a smashed pumpkin but Ichabod is nowhere to be found. You are to investigate the scene to help uncover the mystery of the Headless Horseman and find Ichabod Crane. You have handled many cases but none like this. You have heard three different stories; one from Ichabod, another from Brom, and the last from the detective. Now you must decide who the Headless Horseman is and why. Judge You are known as the town clown in Sleepy Hollow. The townspeople are complaining about all the racket you and your friends make. The Headless Horseman has been seen many times on a dark horse in the town. You disappeared from Katrina's ball right before the last sighting. Since you are always playing jokes on people in the town, you are being held as a suspect. The trial will be held in two days. Tell the story to the judge about what happened that night. Step 1:
