Core Values
Our Purpose
To continously find and share better ways to
contribute to families' living happier lives.
Integrity First
Students Before Self
Excellence in ALL we do
I am a Stellar teacher.

I am a mentor and a member of a team.
I serve my students and their families and live Stellar Values.

I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my tasks and skills.
I always maintain my learning, my equipment and myself.
I am an expert and I am a professional.
I stand ready to engage, help and educate people anywhere, any time.
I am a guardian of youth, giver of enlightenment and creator of happy life.

I am a Stellar teacher.
I am a Stella Officer, a leader of teachers, parents and kids.

I am proud of the Stella's Officers and will at all times conduct myself so as to bring credit upon the Stella's, Educators and expatriate guests regardless of the situation in which I find myself. I will not use my grade or position to attain pleasure, profit, or personal safety.

Competence is my watch-word.

My two basic responsibilities will always be uppermost in my mind; Accomplishment of my mission and the welfare of my students and team.

I will strive to remain personally and technically proficient. I am aware of my role as a Stellar Officer. I will fulfill my responsibilities inherent in that role. All students and teachers are entitled to outstanding leadership; I will provide that leadership.

I know my students and teachers and I will always place their needs above my own. I will communicate consistently with my team and never leave them uninformed. I will be fair and impartial when recommending both rewards and punishment.

Officers of my unit will have maximum time to accomplish their duties; they will not have to accomplish mine. I will earn their respect and confidence as well as that of my team. I will be loyal to those with whom I serve; seniors, peers and subordinates alike.

I will exercise initiative by taking appropriate action in the absence of orders. I will not compromise my integrity, nor my moral courage. I will not forget, nor will I allow my team to forget that we are professionals, Stellar Officers, leaders!
I am a Stellar Officer.

I will strive to be impartial and fair and disqualify myself if my judgement may be compromised.
I will always behave in a manner which brings credit to the organization, my team, and myself.
I will be resolute in the performance of my duty and the execution of policy and regulation.
I will show courtesy to my subordinates, fellow teammates, and superiors at all times.
I will listen to both sides of a dispute and act upon fact, not innuendo.
I will always strive to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.
I will always praise in public and critique in private.
I will always defuse confrontations, not cause.
I will be the first to praise, the last to criticize.
I will never assume, but always verify.

Our Vision
for parents
- Feed a man a fish, help him for day. Teach a man to catch fish, feed him for a lifetime.
Rather than feeding one the answers, the best skill we can teach a person is how to teach themselves, and to love learning.

- Everyone has the capacity for genius
Genius is defined by original thought contributing to the further development of the human race.

- We can achieve whatever we believe
The only one standing in our way is ourselves.

- We compete only with ourselves
We compare our current progress with past progress, not with the progress of others.
We may look to others for inspiration, and an understanding that if they can do it, we can too.

- Learning can be much easier and more fun than we ever expected
Recent neuroplastic research of the human brain has revealed startling evidence that
people can fine-tune their brains and speed up learning processes never before imagined in history.
Our Philosophy

- Children's Future before our own Comfort
- We must keep an open mind and always be students of better parenting
- Our job is a lifelong commitment, we are the first and most influential teachers our kids will ever have
- We must share what we learn with others and help our kids to be better equipped for life than ourselves.
