COMPENSATION
PACKAGE
Base Salary
$55,000 - $80,000

Incentive
Annual Bonus: receive 4% of increase from year to year in territory, ranging from 9,000-30,000 - not a guarantee
OBC Program: 5% bonus of annual salary twice a year if goals are set, also a bonus for the top sales person

$90,000 - $100,000

Experience selling fluid power products is ideal
Experience selling a mechanically engineered product
Strong technical/mechanical aptitude
Ability to solve problems
Calling on medical, life sciences, food & beverage and sanitary markets
Ability to sell through and manage a distribution network
Ability to travel over night 25-50%
Proven track record of sales growth with an industrial product
Strong cultural fit
