Sharp your pronunciation skills by following pronunciation workshop training,
practice with your coach the following session.
PRESENTATION
Trainees will come to the front one by one to give their presentation for 1 minute NON STOP.
LISTENING PRACTICE
Trainees will practice making Skype calls. The first one will be in speaker mode and then every trainee will use a computer to make calls.
ROLE PLAY
Trainees will select a role from a hat, one for the agent and one for the customer. they have to act it out on the stop.
