We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche. Experience selling mechanical seals is ideal
Understanding of rotating equipment would be a strong profile
If we cant find one of those 2 things, experience selling an industrial product to similar industries
Experience calling on OEM accounts
Aggressive, hunter type mentality
Ability to call on accounts in Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper and Chemical markets
Someone who has a high technical aptitude and understands how processes work in plants
This company manufactures high quality products that have features that can be used to differentiate in the market place
This person will have a high amount of support from technical customer service individuals and the management team
Management has a solid vision for the company to help it grow
This is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run this territory like it is their own business

Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount
