In the hospitality industry this can be express what an employee or customer feels about the people and the place. Written Communication WC is when the message of the sender is encoded and sent. In the hospitality industry it's used for booking a room or a table, to contact guests and more. examples of body language communication: To maintain good relations with customers, employees, suppliers and other organizations for profits.
