Always be open to new organization ideas
for Change Management
in the industry
in the nature
BECAUSE WE ALWAYS WANT TO DO BETTER
Being able to feel the best of each person in your team to make all of them work together in order to achieve one common goal
How can we conduct change management ?
It will depend
We can propose 6 steps to give a general organization to conduct Change Management
Vision, Mission, Values, Motto ...
To know where to go you have to know where you are coming from

Before starting any change we have to define SMART objectives for our team
How do we work together ?
PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT !
1. identify, characterize threats
5. Prioritize risk, reduction measures based on a strategy
3. Determine the risk (i.e. the expected likelihood and consequences of specific types of attacks on specific assets)
4. Identify ways to reduce those risks
Frame a Budget
Type of management in which employees at all levels are encouraged to contribute ideas towards identifying and setting organizational-goals, problem solving, and other decisions that may directly affect them. Also called consultative management.
Resistance to change
Hambrick and Cannella classification (1989)
1 - The Blind Resistance
People simply intolerant to changes
2 - The Politic Resistance
People fighting against the loss of something precious (power, status, a job, an income, etc.)
3-The Ideological Resistance
People who think that the new change will not work or that it goes against their values
What do we have to do ?
What do we need to do it ?
Do as planned
Did it went as planned ?
How can we improve what we just completed
Do not stay focus on the actions
Make also sure that there is still a cohesion in the team
Do not expect to change anything if you start doing without thinking
The Participative Management is for me the best way to conduct a change
The Value Analysis can help you in your organization
Our generation will have to make the change happen.
