The year of leadership establishment. Only Level 5 Leaders may apply.
Building a plethora of info-products (21 day, 30 day, 3 Month: Bridal, MMA, Military, Elite Military, High School Athlete, College Athlete, Average Joe, Average Jane, The Executive, The-stay-at-home Mom) all in English and Spanish.
Donate bootcamp money and training for studied unorthodox training methodologies to local community ($75,000 or more throughout the year).
Hire one or two more trainers (preferably women and/or spanish-speakers) & supply one intern per trainer.
Utilize online store and POS to increase revenue double that of live training.
Utilize new training system (IR3) and tracking system (MindBody Online). Increase clientele to 627 with sessions every half an hour. Regular IR3 on the hour and eclectic IR3 on the half an hour (i.e. Kettlebell, yoga, powerlifting, MMA, military, any other ideas?).
Save $150,000 and buy into new facility with 10,000 square feet, showers, locker rooms, and nature based design.
Take all actions above and turn them into three Press Releases (one before, one during, and one after).
Promote PR online and promote to all local Press Agencies daily.
Advertise for email and Facebook fans nationally to raise SEO and online sales (goal is 30,000).
2014
The Year of Breakthrough, and Sustainability.
Continued efforts the same as 2013. Plus, Leadership transitions for Operations Director and Training Manager.
