The project is divided to four phases First Phase (Deadline: April 1, 2020). The current database design lacks efficiency and security. The first phase of the project is to create a new architecture that remedies those problems. Second Phase (Deadline: May 6, 2020). The second phase of the project will be to populate the new database with the initial information. It will also include refining the querying methods making it more comprehensive and easy to use. Third Phase (Deadline: June 19, 2020). The third phase of the project will be to fully incorporate the new database features and program areas to the actual platform, to provide ease of use for the people working with the system. Fourth Phase (Deadline: July 17, 2020). The fourth phase of the project will be testing the new system as a whole to make sure that it is more secure and efficient, which was the goal of this project , as well as incorporating it systematically to your structure to make sure there are no problems and make the transition easier for your asset management team. Budget and schedule All expenses and coasts are in budget Overall Conclusion Overall Conclusions The project is coming along well, The design is sound and the timeline we expected is fully manageable. There are no foreseeable major problems that will prevent timely implementation of this project, There are no other factors that might cause delay of this project.
