Transcript: I met with mentor every month to review my art work. December, me and my mentor looked at my drawing from November, tolled me to bring out the shadows and better proportion. My mentor taught me a technique to help me contrast my drawing to the picture I'm drawing which helped with different values in the picture. This time we looked at my contrasting and shading to review my drawing with my mentor. January Now I have learned a lot about still life and what to do. I have done a drawing with all the colors in one and now I know what to do now that my mentor taught me. April I also drew a picture each month, and worked on a different techniques. In October I collaborated with my mentor an talked about different materials and value tones. January, my mentor talked about emphasizing alignment, proportion, and values in my drawings. October December In February I was introduced to a new pencil called the "sanguine light", pastel pencil, and also learned that different types of shading pencils give better value tones together. How I got to my goal November Final In November me and my mentor reviewed my last drawing I made and tolled me how gradation and proportion could improve my work. February March Thank you
