Time, budget and resource constrains are among the highest rated risks that are to be expected to affect the project. If these resources are unavailable or have not been calculated accurately in the tender planning stage, major back falls will occur causing delays in the project schedule resulting in the project exceeding the expected deadline. Accurate estimates need to be calculated in the planning stage along with careful monitoring during the construction stage to remain within its boundaries and prevent any threats from occurring. All resources need to be sourced and prearranged early. Other risks for the project include the influence and involvement of the internal and external stakeholders. Thorough evaluation and research needs to be incorporated into the tender in the planning stage to alleviate problems down the track.
