Transcript: Health Benefits With Fruits Keiona Jackson May 2023 Fiber Fruits are high in fiber, which is a necessary supplement that is needed for a healthy diet. Fiber is the fuel that keeps your colon cells healthy and working. Fiber also assists the digestive tract and promotes soft and regular bowel movements. However, it IS possible to get too much fiber, so be careful! Fiber Low-Fiber When your diet isn't getting enough fiber, your health is at risk for numerous health conditions. Some of these health conditions include constipation, heart disease, cancers, and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Low-Fiber Vitamins and Minerals Vitamins and minerals Another good thing about fruits is how many contain vitamins and minerals. These two are useful, not only for health, but for your overall development. Vitamins and minerals boost the immune system, support normal growth and development, and aid organs and cells in doing their jobs properly. They promote higher energy levels, stronger muscles, and healthier looking skin. Lack of vitamins and minerals. Lack of V&M Since some may not feel like getting their vitamins and minerals in, it's important to know the health risks that come with it. One major risk is the risk of developing chronic diseases. Some of these diseases include cancers, diabetes, heart disease, and depression. For pregnant people, insufficent vitamin intake can have life-long damages done to the health of the child. Pictures Antioxidants A lot of fruits include a substance called antioxidants. Antioxidants are a substance that hinders oxidation. Getting a daily serving of antioxidants can prove to be very helpful. For one, they aid in brain function and eye health, which are two very important parts of your body. They can also reduce inflammation and diseases. On top of that, they contribute to the improvements of mental health and healthy aging processes. Antiox- idants Lack of Antioxidants Without enough antioxidant support, excessive oxidative stress takes place. This is very damaging to both your external and internal body. It can even be responsible for demetia and asthma. Lack of Antioxidants Smells Smell One shocking fact about fruits and their health benefits, is that just their smells can help. The smell of citrus has been proven to eliminate emotional stress and cause participant's moods to boost. The scent of lemon can also improve mood, and is advised to use during stresssful situations. The scent of lemon can also open up your airway and help you fall asleep. These smells of fruit aid your brain in releasing dopamine and serotonin, which uplifts your mood and makes you feel better overall. Happy sniffing!

'Fruity' 'Juicy' Whatever, something positive would work. (I GueSs.....) =) "An Apple a day keeps the dentist away." Well Screw THAT. I personally think that's impossible. You still have to go to the dentist, No matter how many apples you eat. If it's Tomorrow, well.. sucks to be you. =0 And your teeth will look like this eventually anyway... ( I sure Had to.....) - Mangoes are delicious ( in my opinion) Fruit is cool, just get used to it and you will be fined, er, I meant fine. =) Pineapples are good for you. They contain the vitamins you need. They also have a 'Zingy' taste. Its just a creepy banana. Don't CRY. Hopefully ..... Remember This!
