Hi,
The Community is your friend!
?
We are all Wikimaniacs!

We all love
each other!
Wikipedia?
Adding a Wikimedia organization?
Treat them like friends!
Wikipedians can be..
civil
peaceful
engaged
helpful
resourceful
reflective
a joy to work with
Wikimedia organizations can help
1 Example
The Paid Editing project
"Inspire the Community to deal in meaningful ways with the paid-editing-thing"
Initiating and moderating and extensive and intensive online discussion
Workshops

Presentations

One-to-one-talks online and offline

Providing materials and information
for several months with >300 community members
when treated right..
offered a save space

informed early about everything
informed in specific ways
asked for input!
listened to!!
treated fluffy
treated firmly

That means
be reliable
be flexible
be patient
be quick
be determined
be emphatically
be thick-skinned
built trust! (no unhappy surprises, please)
So what about Wikimedia and this professional thing?
Can't just Wikipedians do it?
Yes

and

No
Wikipedians can do anything!
But they won't do that!
Exhausting
time
determination
overcome lows
no fun sometimes

So everything's pink fluffly unicorns dancing on rainbows?
No!
Even in such
a matter..
Including a large survey and a large request for comments
But..
Meaningful discussion can be done
no matter what topic
In 2014
Wiki-Dialogue
So they will do that!
